File a police report! A police report is an affidavit of what happened. The police officer does not have to come to the scene. You can go to the police department to file it. If you feel any discomfort go to your primary medical doctor’s office. If you can not get in quickly, then go to the Emergency Room! Sometimes it takes a couple of days to weeks for symptoms to surface.

If you are part of an MPN (medical provider network), you first have to follow their guidelines before switching to the Chiropractor of your choice. The only exception to the rule is if your job and/or MPN are not following up with you in a timely manner.
